Babies, toddlers and preschoolers learn and grow through their relationships with the caring adults in their lives — and that’s you. This Mother’s Day, celebrate all of the little, but very important, things you do with your little one — from responding to your baby when they coo or cry, to reading your toddler’s favorite story or playing pretend with your preschooler. The quality of a child’s experiences in the first few years of life helps shape how their brain develops. These small moments are starting them on the path to a brighter future.
