- Strengthening families through evidence-based parenting classes
- Improving the quality of child care and preschool programs
- Scholarships for children to access high-quality early learning

Strengthening Families and Early Literacy
- 102 children birth to age 5 received a Quality First scholarship to attend high-quality preschools and child care programs.
- 31 early care and education providers improved the quality of early learning programs by participating in Quality First.
- 960 children attended preschools and child care programs participating in Quality First.
Quality Preschool and Child Care
- 231 children birth to age 5 received a Quality First scholarship to attend high-quality preschools and child care programs.
- 30 child care and preschool providers were committed to continuous quality improvement of their early learning programs through Quality First.
Preventive Health
- 5 child care and preschool providers received mental health consultation proven to enhance teachers’ confidence in dealing with students’ socio-emotional needs, improve teacher-child relationships and prevent expulsions
