The Birth to Five Helpline is a free, bilingual and confidential service available to all Arizona families, including parents-to-be and caregivers of children from birth to age 5. You can ask about anything, including:
Call to speak with an early childhood specialist, on duty Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can also leave a voicemail or submit your question online anytime. When you reach out, you’ll connect with trained professionals, including:
Early childhood development specialists
Registered nurses
Mental health counselors
Early literacy specialists
Disabilities specialists
Their approach is supportive, non-judgmental and focused on helping you feel informed and empowered.
