Sometimes a screen is the tool that helps everyone get through the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bigger takeaway is about balance and helping children build emotional skills over time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 40px;\">What helps instead<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young children are still learning how to handle frustration, boredom and disappointment.
